Acorn Squash and Brown Sugar

Ingredients:
  1. Acorn squash
  2. 1/2 - 1 Tbsp. Butter
  3. 1 - 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar

Cooking method:
  • Oven at 375°
Time:
  • About  1 hour 15 minutes
Serving size:
  • Half of the acorn squash
Quick Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Cut acorn squash in half
  3. Scoop out seeds
  4. Make about 8 slices in the meat of the squash
  5. Add slices of butter in, and on the rim of, the squash
  6. Add brown sugar on top of butter as desired
  7. Put in the oven for 1 hour - 1 hour 15 minutes
  8. Scoop and eat with a spoon--mm!
Step by Step:

Cut it!

 Scoop out the seeds!


Slice the meat of the acorn squash (about 8 times) and cover in butter.






















Don't forget the brown sugar!!! (like I did).
Cook at 375 for about 1 hour - 1 hour 15 minutes.

Eat with a spoon!

for the love of cooked bananas

Ingredients:
  1. One banana
  2. Cinnamon
  3. Chocolate chips  
Cooking method:
  • Oven at 400°
Time:
  • About 20 minutes
  1. 3 minute prep
  2. 15 minutes cook time
Quick Directions:
  1. Cut one banana in half
  2. Sprinkle each half with cinnamon
  3. Put chocolate chips on
  4. Cover baking sheet with foil
  5. Put bananas on foil
  6. Put in oven at 400° for 15 minutes
  7. Eat with a spoon--the peel is the bowl! (careful, it's hot)
Step by Step:

Cut that banana!

Sprinkle on cinnamon and chocolate chips!

Place banana halves on foil and cook for 15 minutes at 400°

Cook until peel is blackened 

Eat with a spoon and ENJOY!
