Ingredients:
- Acorn squash
- 1/2 - 1 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 - 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
Cooking method:
- Oven at 375°
Time:
- About 1 hour 15 minutes
Serving size:
- Half of the acorn squash
Quick Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375
- Cut acorn squash in half
- Scoop out seeds
- Make about 8 slices in the meat of the squash
- Add slices of butter in, and on the rim of, the squash
- Add brown sugar on top of butter as desired
- Put in the oven for 1 hour - 1 hour 15 minutes
- Scoop and eat with a spoon--mm!
Step by Step:
Cut it!
Slice the meat of the acorn squash (about 8 times) and cover in butter.
Don't forget the brown sugar!!! (like I did).
Cook at 375 for about 1 hour - 1 hour 15 minutes.
Eat with a spoon!
